Production Logo
We have created our production title of 'Ginger Nut Productions'. This is our own unique idea and the whole group was involved with making the final piece, as we individually decorated a gingerbread person each so that it looked like us as we feel this makes our production logo much more personal. Arren did the main animation as the rest of the group have been editing. She has done it simply and made it clear exactly what it says for our logo. This shows our creativity and individual taste, this is very different to what any other group has done as well, giving us more benefit in a unique logo.
This is the picture that we created and we really liked it. We were happy enough with this to upload this on to the computer and to start to edit it with Photoshop were able to move the letters and ginger bread men around to create a more even spaced logo.
Photoshop was really useful as we could use the layers within it to create a full picture.
We individually saved these layers so when we uploaded them onto moviemaker it would be easier to animate our production logo.
We are really happy with our production logo and think it will stand out from the rest it is homemade and original.

Editing Update
This week we have been editing all the lucy and jay clips which have been more difficult than the bridget and johnathan clips as they are outside. Although the filming went well when we watched the clips back we had missed out on some of the problems with the footage as one of the shots has the boom in it which caused a problem at first but we have been able to solve the problem and now we are back on track to finishing our 2 minute film opening!

Filming Update
Today we will be filming all of the footage for Jay and Lucy, hopefully everything will go well so we won't have to re-shoot anything. We are all a bit worried about the sound as we have found out that we haven't got a long enough lead for the boom and the weather is letting us down as it is very windy.. hopefully the audio will be good enough!

Editing Update
This week we have been able to edit all of the Bridget and Johnathan shots which means we are now ready for the rest of the 2 minute film opening! Although i think we all underestimated how difficult editing can be as we all had different opinions and ideas for each clip.

Storyboard Two
Storyboards on Prezi
This storyboard will help us when we film as we will be able to see what shot we need to shoot for our film opening, as well as the actors will be able to see what we are trying to create.

Editing Update
Today we have been able to look at the footage we took at the weekend, we are all very impressed at all the different shots. The day went really well, not only did we film everything we need and more, we also ate chocolate, biscuits and drank many cups of tea. Now it's time to get editing!

Filming Update
Today we are filming all the scenes with Bridget and Johnathan, as we have finally been able to organise a weekend when they are both free. Hopefully it will all go well otherwise its going to be difficult to re-organise both actors to shoot the footage again!
